On our first encounter with her she spent 2 grueling days driving us around to view existing homes and homesites. Marci was patient, informative, knowledgable of the area and extremely professional. However, Pam decided she was not ready to do the relocation thing after this visit. Marci remained very professional after hearing of this and continued to send listings to me via email on a monthly basis. When we re-contacted her this year and told her we were ready to begin a Florida home search again, she was eager to help and greeted us with open arms (however we had to wear a mask in the era of Covid). I have to say that I was very pleased with the purchase and especially Marci McFarland as my realtor. During the process, we were getting push-back from the seller not wanting to correct a permitting/hot water heater issue that he had created in the condominium. Marci was firm and held her ground against the seller, his son-in-law and their realtor, and refused to let them slide past the issue as they were trying to do. I was so impressed with her knowledge and resolve, and will definitely recommend her.

Ms McFarland was an absolute delight to work with. She always went above and beyond what you would expect for a real estate agent. Marci was very knowledgeable about the market in the Sarasota area. She worked with us through THREE offers over a time span of nearly a year. When we were in town she was always available to show us homes, and she never let us lose hope of finding the perfect house for us. There were many times that Ms. McFarland worked weekends, holidays, and evenings just to accommodate our visits from out of state. She was very perceptive about what we wanted in a home, and she had a great eye to show the best homes accordingly. She also was great to point out the potentials of every home we looked at to help us make the best decision for us. Marci also was great to offer names of inspectors that she had worked with in the past that made sure we were making a good financial decision. She helped us find an amazing quality home at a great value with her negotiation skills. She was a strong negotiator. Where we had to close from out of state, she made the closing effortless and very easy. We felt very lucky to have Marci McFarland to join us to find our new dream home in Sarasota.
