I can also provide you with detailed information on specific listings, neighborhoods or communities. And, if you want to build, I can help you find a builder and location that suit your needs. I offer you my services as a skilled professional full-time Realtor® to guide and represent you throughout the home buying process. From search to closing, I will:
- Meet with you to discuss your goals and needs in person or on the telephone.
- Work with you to get you pre-qualified so you'll know the price range that works best and to place you in a competitive negotiating position.
- Suggest possible lenders, real estate attorneys, title companies, home inspectors and other home service professionals.
- Provide detailed information on neighborhoods, schools, communities, zoning issues and more.
- E-mail listings of properties that fit your criteria.
- Preview properties and arrange showings when you are in town; if you are out-of-town, I will tour properties for you and email photos along with the additional information you need to make a decision.
- Perform a market analysis, comparing the property you are interested in to other recent sales in the neighborhood, so you'll know if the asking price of the home is realistic and on target with current market trends.
- Negotiate on your behalf to obtain an agreeable price and terms.
- Work with your lender and attorney or title company.
- Manage the entire process from contract through closing, including deadlines, contingencies, inspections and repairs, keeping you informed.
