I have lived and worked in many places on the East Coast, including Maine, Boston, New York, Delaware, and North Carolina. Early in the 1990's Sarasota became my home-away-from-home. So, when my two children and I had the opportunity to move here on a permanent basis, we knew without a doubt this was where we wanted to be. Who wouldn't want to live in paradise year-round?
I grew up in Maine, and there I learned the special nature of living and working in a community that successfully blends the needs of its year-round residents with those of its seasonal home owners. This perspective gives me a unique insight into the various lifestyle requirements of my clients, whether they are looking for a vacation or year-round home, on the Gulf, in a boating community, on a golf course, in a green home, in the hub of downtown, in a family-oriented community or in one of our many historical enclaves.
